Adhesive Properties and Characteristics
Color: Clear and transparent;
Viscosity: 2800-3000 cP;
Gravity: 1.03 ± 0.05;
Working Time: 20-30 minutes
Fix time: 45-60 minutes under temperature 22℃
The bonding strength will be higher gradually in one week.
Time to reach 80% of full bond strength: 72 Hours (3 days).
The thickness of adhesive layer not over 2 mm to keep high transparency after cured.

10:1 dual PBT Cartridge 50ml.
Storage Condition:
Store ACRYLIC #240 in a cool (10℃ to 27℃) dry place. Storage near the ceiling in non air-conditioned warehouses is not recommended.
Keep away from sources of heat, open flame, sparks and sunlight. The date code of manufacture is in the label on bottle.
Shelf life:
One year in tightly sealed cartridge. Shelf life is reduced at higher temperatures.

Bonding substrate
Extruded, cast and cross-linked Acrylic sheet, polyester, Styrene, Butyrate, PETG, Rigid PVC, ABS, PETG, Polycarbonate (PC) and other plastics.
Bonding Application Recommendation
SpiderAdhesive ACRYLIC #240 is recommended for bonding of Acrylic plastics especially where good clarity retention is required. It is versatile and can be used in many applications such as sign fabrication, the manufacturing and repairing of Acrylic aquariums, museum quality display case and other plastic fabrication.
