Acrylic #240F Clear Acrylic adhesive
Clear two-component (10:1), reactive, fast curing, high-strength acrylic adhesive, forming high strength joints in 15 minutes. The cemented joint retain high clarity, high strength and resistance to the effects of weathering and aging.

Adhesive Properties and Characteristics
Color: Translucent
Viscosity: 15,000 - 20,000 cP;
Gravity: 1.03 ± 0.05;
Working Time: 8-10 minutes
Fix time: 15 minutes.
The bonding strength will be higher gradually in one week.
Time to reach 80% of full bond strength: 72 Hours (3 days).
The thickness of adhesive layer not over 2 mm to keep high transparency after cured.

Storage Condition:
Store ACRYLIC #240F in a temperature (10℃ to 27℃) dry place.
Storage near the ceiling in non air-conditioned warehouses is not recommended.
Keep away from sources of heat, open flame, sparks and sunlight.
The date code of manufacture is in the label on cartridge body.
Shelf life:
1 year in Cartridge.

Bonding Application Recommendation
1.Bonding of Acrylic plastics especially where good clarity retention is required (same purpose as 240)
2. It is also can be used for bond substrates of acrylic, metal, stone, ceramic, wood, composite….
